** This APP is optimized for use in GCC (Gulf Cooperation Council).
IMSWARE.APP HelpDesk GCC has a direct interface to your existing IMSWARE installation and is able to process transactions, maintenance management or fault messages. The app is able to record any type of e.g. technical breakdowns or requests to your internal HelpDesk, capture photos and much more.
